InfoStar INFO provides the hotel guests with quick access to all offered hotel services – room service, wake-up call, attendant, laundry, ironing, taxi order directly from the hotel television. SPA procedures and massages can be also ordered directly from the remote control.

Bill check
The hotel guests can check their accumulated bill directly from the television and without calling the reception.

Room messages
InfoStar INFO provides an opportunity for the hotelier to send various messages to the rooms:

• automatically generated welcome message at guest’s initial room entry
• Messages containing different information to a certain room, group of rooms or all rooms; All messages are visualized on the TV screen and the hotel guests can access them quickly by pressing the „message” button on the remote control

Minibar and attendant services
InfoStar INFO contains an application for reporting the minibar consumption and room status. The data is entered through the remote control and is automatically reflected in the hotel reservation software.
